Allowances
Overtime Pay, Performance Allowance, Commuting Allowance, and other Special Allowances. (Employee parking is available at the Shonan Factory for those who wish to commute by car.)
Salary Revisions
Typically increased once per year, in April

Twice per year, in May and November

Yokohama Office and Factory; Shonan Factory
Hours
8:00–17:00 (including 50-minute lunch break)
Days Off
Determined according to annual company calendar
Year-End and New Year Holidays, Golden Week Holidays, Summer Holidays (in 2016, nine consecutive days off)
